Selling takeaway without a commission platform
Your takeaway menu is online on your tatable.fr page, linked from your website, Google profile and social media. The guest picks their dishes, their options and their collection time.
No Ta Table commission on your orders: the option has a fixed price, however many orders you take.

Orders arrive at the pace your kitchen can handle, not in a wave in the same quarter of an hour. A rush in the dining room? You pause online orders while you catch your breath.
The guest knows where their order is
Confirmed, being prepared, ready: the guest follows their order online and, if they left their email, can receive a confirmation then, depending on your settings, a message when it is being prepared and when it is ready. Fewer calls asking whether it is ready, less waiting at the counter.
Sales that are easy to reconcile
Paid online or on collection, by card, cash or meal voucher: every order keeps its payment method and its VAT, and the sales log exports for your accountant. Your till stays yours.
An order taken at the counter is recorded in the same place as those placed online.

Is there a commission on orders?
No. The option has a fixed price, and online payments go into your own Stripe account; only Stripe's transaction fees apply.
Can guests pay on collection?
Yes: you choose payment online, on collection, or the guest's choice. On collection, the team records the payment method: card, cash, meal voucher or cheque.
Does Ta Table replace my till?
No. Your till stays yours: Ta Table keeps the takeaway sales log, VAT and payment methods included, and exports it for your accountant.
Can I limit the number of orders?
Yes: you set the pace of orders to match your kitchen, and you can pause them at any moment.
Do you do delivery?
No. Ta Table handles takeaway, collected at the restaurant.
What happens if an order paid online is cancelled?
Cancelling triggers an automatic refund request. An order paid on collection has nothing to refund.
How much does click & collect cost?
€49 excl. VAT a month, as an option on any plan. The first plan is €83 excl. VAT a month, plus a one-off €299 excl. VAT setup fee.
