A file that fills itself
The paper book forgets everything, the spreadsheet is never up to date. With Ta Table there is no file to keep: it builds itself with every booking, whether it comes from tatable.fr, Google or the phone, with takeaway orders and gift cards sold online.
On Monday morning, nobody copies out the weekend. The contact details collected are already in your guest file.
Recognise them before you greet them
A returning guest does not have to introduce themselves. The note taken on their last visit (the table by the window, the allergy, the wedding anniversary) comes back with their next booking, in front of the team who welcomes them.
On the phone, with the call box, their file appears before you even pick up.
What the file shows you
For each guest: since when they have been coming, how often, with how many guests, and how many times they did not show. For the whole house: your regulars, your new guests, and those you have not seen for months.
- The guests who matter, spotted at a glance with the badges you choose: regular, VIP, business, neighbour.
- The guests you have lost track of, found again by their last visit.
- With the Restaurant plan, guest statistics: regulars, newcomers, guests drifting away, and the share of new guests who come back.
A clean file that stays yours
Duplicates are flagged and merged into a single file; a merge can be undone if you made a mistake. The file can be filtered and exported whenever you like, by the people you give that right to.
The day you leave, we export all your data on request. Your clientele is an asset of your restaurant, not ours.

Does the guest file belong to me?
Yes. You export it as CSV whenever you like, in full or filtered. If you leave Ta Table, we export all your data on request.
Do I have to enter guests by hand?
No. Bookings, online orders and gift cards sold online create or complete the files on their own. You can also create a file yourself.
Can I bring over the file from my old software?
Yes. Our team imports your existing file during setup: an export from another booking system or a spreadsheet.
How do I avoid duplicates?
Ta Table flags files that share a phone number or an email. You merge them into one, and a merge can be undone if you made a mistake.
Who in the team can see the file?
Each person according to the rights you give them. Exporting the file, for example, is reserved for the people you choose.
How much does the guest file cost?
It is included in every plan, from the Découverte plan at €83 excl. VAT a month (plus a one-off €299 excl. VAT setup fee). Guest statistics are in the Restaurant plan, at €129 excl. VAT a month.
